Solar Operations Manager (Japan)

The main role of the Solar Operations Manager (SOM) is to interact and lead the operation and maintenance activities of Solarig in Japan, keeping relationships with clients, suppliers, partners among others. The priorities are to ensure that the plants are operated in a safe and environmentally responsible manner and, as such, will have responsibility for all safety, health and environmental activities at the site. It will be responsible for ensuring optimal plant performance as well as leading and promoting commercial activities. Applicants should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering or National Diploma or equivalent, Japanese native speaker and has minimum five (2) years of progressive maintenance experience ideally in power generation or similar industrial plant.
