- Achievement of sales & Orders, profit, and strategic objectives for the assigned regions
- To lead and provide strategy, vision & actions plan to increase the loyalty and sales of the Singapore, and Malaysia customers for Products & Solutions
- To provide strategy, vision & actions plan to increase the loyalty and sales of Solar Products
- To lead & contribute towards the completion of Country Growth Plan (mainly Singapore, Malaysia)
- Expand new customers in mainly Singapore, and Malaysia
- Expand our SI and distribution network and OEM customer base for mainly Singapore, and Malaysia
- To conduct monthly review with distributors for early project detection & opportunity for mainly Singapore, and Malaysia
- Debt Monitoring & Collections
- Engage in active sales visit with distributors and customers.
- Market studies and feed backs to HQ :Market Information, Competition & Pricing, Customers behavior and Market values
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing
- Abilities to provide product support for pre-sales and post-sales to Distributors and End Users
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have knowledge in AC Drives and Solar PV.
- Additional knowledge in System Solution will be a plus.
- Able to travel within ASEAN, mainly Malaysia
- General knowledge on Power and Industry product and its applications
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Understand IEC Standards
