  • Develop a customer strategy across Consumer and SME Markets including: Target customer numbers & mix, Segment needs, Product need & mix, Channel selection & mix and Assess and respond to competitor activity in each segment
  • Define life-cycle strategy across Consumer (Residential) and SME markets, including Acquisition, in- life and retention based on defined value segments
  • Drive robust segmentation linking attitudes/needs, behaviour and profitability and ensure segmentation is embedded into key marketing activity, e.g. product development, future NPIs, marketing communications, operationalization within sales & service
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and plans, including market sizing, commercial targets for new initiatives, growth trials, new product introductions, loyalty
  • Synthesise and develop overall high-level Marketing plans and calendar (12 month rolling perspective). Drive operating rhythm to ensure adherence to plan, achievement of set commercial targets
  • Oversee customer insights program of work across brand, customer experience, new product introductions
  • Lead multi-generational customer experience program to achieve best-in-class future state (blue sky vision) with a clear roadmap to achieving a desired state
