Vestas Wind Technology India Pvt. Ltd. is currently looking for in-site Assistant Manager for Customer Service Management. Responsibilities will include plan utilization of resources, prioritize, and initiate O&M activities at designated Customer Service centers Ensure internal & Customer targets such as LPF, Safety, Availability monitor and report status and monitoring and control expenses at regional level on total site expenses among others.
Qualifications and Competencies:
- BE(ECE)/ BE(Mechanical) or equivalent with 12-14 year of experience.
- Knowledge of maintenance, service & repair, Knowledge of spare parts, Items that are most likely to cause failure, parts frequently requiring replacement, Analytical ability, Root cause analysis, Quality(as applicable), etc.
- Skills in large team / man power handling for effective utilization.
